‘You don’t know what you miss until it’s gone!’
This building endured a terrible fire in August 2018 which sparked controversial issues around salvaging heritage buildings. Never an easy decision in busy city centre areas.
This watercolour sketch is a charismatic nod to the building that used to be. Hopefully, waiting patiently, to be welcomed back into Belfast City Centre with open arms.
