Belfast Central Library.
I had to draw the Belfast Library because in my lifetime it’s a building that’s always been there. I love being surrounded by books and thankfully so do my children.
Belfast Library was the first major public library built in Ireland. It was designed to reflect Belfast’s’ growing ambitions. It also miraculously survived undamaged through the Belfast Blitz, World War 2 and The Troubles ~ A well deserved round applause for that!
